데이터 삭제 요청
CamoHunter에는 이름·이메일·비밀번호로 만드는 앱 계정이 없습니다. Unity는 게임 서비스 운영을 위해 무작위 익명 Player ID를 생성할 수 있으며, 이 페이지에서 해당 ID와 관련 기록의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
요청 전에 Support ID 복사하기
- 게임을 열고 TAP TO START 화면으로 이동합니다.
- 화면 오른쪽 아래의 Support ID 복사를 누릅니다.
- 아래 이메일 버튼을 누른 뒤 복사한 Support ID를 본문에 붙여 넣습니다.
Support ID를 사용할 수 없는 경우에도 요청할 수 있습니다. 사용한 기기 종류와 대략적인 마지막 이용일을 함께 알려주세요. 비밀번호, 인증 코드 또는 결제 정보는 보내지 마세요.
삭제 요청 이메일 보내기요청 시 처리하는 정보
- 요청 이메일 주소와 본문
- 이용자가 제공한 익명 Support ID
- 필요한 경우 기기 종류와 마지막 이용일
삭제 대상
- 확인 가능한 Unity 익명 Player ID와 연결된 인증 기록
- 해당 ID에 연결된 일일 힌트·재도전 사용 기록
- 서비스 제공자가 삭제 도구를 지원하는 관련 기록
기기에 저장된 진행 상황과 다운로드 캐시는 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 삭제됩니다. 광고 ID는 Android의 광고 개인정보 보호 설정에서 재설정 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다. Google AdMob이 독립적으로 보유하는 정보는 Google의 개인정보 관리 기능과 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
처리 기간과 결과
요청 접수 후 본인 요청임을 확인하는 최소 절차를 안내하며, 확인 후 통상 30일 이내에 결과를 회신합니다. 요청 이메일은 처리 종결 후 최대 30일 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 법적 의무, 보안 또는 부정 사용 방지를 위해 필요한 최소 정보는 해당 목적에 필요한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.
Data Deletion Request
CamoHunter has no app account created with a name, email address, or password. Unity may create a random anonymous Player ID to operate game services. You can request deletion of that ID and related records here.
Copy Your Support ID First
- Open the game and remain on the TAP TO START screen.
- Tap Copy Support ID at the bottom right.
- Select the email button below and paste the Support ID into the message.
You may still submit a request if the Support ID is unavailable. Include the device type and approximate last-use date instead. Never send a password, verification code, or payment information.
Send a deletion requestData Covered by the Request
- The request email, message contents, and supplied Support ID.
- The identifiable Unity anonymous Player ID and authentication record.
- Daily hint and retry usage linked to that ID.
- Other related records supported by provider deletion tools.
Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove local progress and caches. Reset or delete the advertising ID from Android advertising privacy settings. Data held independently by Google AdMob is handled under Google's privacy controls and policies.
Timing and Retention Exceptions
After minimum verification, we normally respond with the outcome within 30 days. Request emails are retained for up to 30 days after closure. We may retain the minimum information required for law, security, or fraud prevention for as long as that purpose requires.
